Mission: 21 Day Dieta Journal Experience

What things in your life provide comfort for you when you are down and out? Why do you think you lean on those things? Do you feel better after consuming or partaking in these activities? This mission is to shine light on external things that you may have an unhealthy relationship with.

Before we begin, take a moment to set a clear intention for these 21 days. Your intention will serve as the compass guiding your path towards personal growth and transformation.

Some examples of intention may be:

– Allow me to release the compulsive behaviors that keep me eating poorly.

– Allow me to examine and release my thoughts and feelings about relationship with food, substances, social media, porn… Fill in the blank.

– Allow me to evaluate how my emotions cause a cascade into bad habits.

– Release my self-judgement, and don’t be so hard on myself.

Throughout this journal, you will track your progress by engaging in consistent check-ins each day. These check-ins will encompass various aspects of your daily life, helping you to gain deeper insights into your emotions, activities, and resilience. The key components to monitor include:

  1. Mood: Reflect on your emotional state each day. How do you feel, and what might be contributing to those emotions? Record any highs and lows, and observe patterns over time.
  2. Completion of Activities: Document your daily activities, including any breathwork or meditation sessions, cold plunges, or other techniques to reset your nervous system. Recognize how these practices influence your overall well-being.
  3. Physical Activity: Log your physical activities, whether it’s a brisk walk, yoga, or a full workout. Notice the impact of exercise on your energy and mood.
  4. Vulnerability: Rate your level of vulnerability for today. Were you able to come into your heart space authentically? What challenges did you face, and how did you handle them? Celebrate your victories and learn from your moments of vulnerability.
